TrueOutcome AI provides AI-enablement consulting and automation services for small businesses, including AI-powered call handling ("AI Front Desk") and related notifications.
SMS Messaging Terms — AI Front Desk Call Notifications
Program name: AI Front Desk Call Notifications.
Who enrolls: Business owners who sign up for TrueOutcome AI's AI Front Desk service at trueoutcome.ai.
How consent is given: By signing up for AI Front Desk and providing a mobile number to receive alerts, you affirmatively agree to enroll in this SMS program and to receive automated text messages summarizing calls handled by your AI receptionist. Enrollment is opt-in only — it is never enabled by default, and you may decline it and still use the rest of TrueOutcome AI's services.
What you'll receive: Text alerts with the caller's name, callback number, and reason for calling, sent shortly after each call your AI receptionist handles.
- Message frequency varies based on your call volume.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueOutcome AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
